A new season for Castrol FloRacing Night in America will begin with many of the nation's best dirt late model drivers competing Tuesday night at Eldora Speedway. More than 50 drivers are expected to be in action during the season-opening event, including many of the biggest names and most successful drivers in dirt late model racing. 

A lucrative mid-week purse featuring a $23,023 winner's check will be on the line in the 50-lap Castrol FloRacing Night in America main event.

Headlining the list of expected entries is 2021 NASCAR Cup Series champion and defending race winner, Kyle Larson. Fresh off his second NASCAR Cup Series win of the season and a win his last time out in a dirt late model at Volunteer Speedway, Larson will be looking to make it two wins in a row at "The Big E."

Joining Larson on the list of expected entries is a man that needs no introduction at Eldora Speedway, last year's Eldora Million winner Jonathan Davenport. The five-time World 100 winner will make the trip to his favorite race track with hopes to add another win to his impressive resume at Eldora. 

Defending Castrol FloRacing Night in America series champion Brandon Sheppard, two-time defending Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series champion Tim McCreadie and five-time DIRTcar Summer Nationals champion Bobby Pierce are all expected to be in attendance. 

Three-time Dirt Late Model Dream winner Brandon Overton, current Lucas Oil points leader Ricky Thornton, Jr. and the current No. 1 driver in the DirtonDirt.com power rankings, Hudson O'Neal, add even more star power to the field. 

Eldora fan favorite Devin Moran is also expected to compete in the event as he attempts to break the Million Dollar Curse.

In addition to the big money on the line at each Castrol FloRacing Night in America event this season, a $75,000 championship is on the line if a driver has perfect attendance at every race. The impressive point fund has attracted many of dirt late model racing's biggest stars to compete full-time in 2023. 

Following Tuesday night's race at Eldora Speedway, many of these same drivers will travel to Brownstown Speedway for the second race of the season on Wednesday night.
