The season within the season begins Tuesday as the Kubota High Limit Racing kicks off its 10-race miniseries dubbed the Midweek Money Series at Red Dirt Raceway in Meeker, Okla. 

It's been four years since the Oklahoma quarter-mile oval last hosted a winged touring racing — when the now-defunct All Star Circuit of Champions put on an absolute barn-burner of finish that saw Aaron Reutzel outlast Kyle Larson.

Reutzel isn't on Tuesday's pre-entry list as of Monday evening, but a solid field that sits at 33 drivers have already confirmed they'll be competing for the $20,000 winner's share.

The Midweek Money Series full-timers include the 16 national campaigners — Rico Abreu, Jacob Allen, Spencer Bayston, Tyler Courtney, Brenham Crouch, Corey Day, Cory Eliason, Kasey Kahne, Brent Marks, James McFadden, Justin Peck, Parker Price-Miller, Brad Sweet, Tanner Thorson, Chris Windom, and Zeb Wise — plus reigning miniseries champion Kyle Larson and Cap Henry.

Pennsylvania Posse's Anthony Macri, West Coast fan-favorites Dominic Scelzi and Tanner Holmes, and Kerry Madsen aboard Brandon Ikenberry's No. 25 machine he nearly took to victory lane Sunday at RPM Speedway are drivers also expected to participate.
